Shipment

After the order has been handed over to logistics, shipping takes between 3 - 4 working days to the final delivery address, depending on the destination country. Shipping is handled by DHL in Germany and by GLS in Austria. Below is the shipping time by destination country:

- Germany 4 - 5 working days
- Austria 3 - 4 working days

How much is the shipping?

We offer two shipping options. On the one hand , standard shipping with tracking ( DE & AT: €5.99 ) and on the other hand, premium shipping ( DE & AT: €9.99 ) with prioritized processing and also the option of tracking the package at any time using the tracking code. From an order value of 40€ we currently offer free standard shipping for all orders to Germany & Austria.

Are packing stations supported?

Yes, you can also have your package delivered to a DHL Packstation. Please make sure that you enter the delivery address correctly, as follows:

Name : Customer's name
Company : post number (DHL customer number)
Street : packing station
House number : packing station number
Zip code : the packing station
Location : city
country : country

Company : 7654321 (recipient's postal number)

Can I track my order?

After your order has been successfully handed over to DHL or GLS, you will automatically receive a notification by email. In this you will find a link to tracking the shipment. So you can see where your package is at any time. You can also find the tracking link by clicking on your order information in the order confirmation.
